What is the Filling Station?
Encountering Jesus, Equipping the Church
The Filling Station is a network of monthly gatherings of 65 meetings worldwide, where our focus is on worship, prayer, spiritual renewal, and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Renewal, Evangelism, Worship, Prayer
Our desire is to have a regular place where we can focus on teaching, prayer, fellowship, and creating space to see the Holy Spirit move and share the Gospel of the risen Lord Jesus with new people!
We also encourage, equip and inspire Christians through prayer and equipping training.
Informal expressions of the Christian faith
The Filling Station is a network of monthly gatherings, and an informal way of expressing the Christian faith.
Run by volunteers, our meetings gather in town halls, pubs and coffee shops.
Sharing Jesus, equipping the church
Our teams help equip the local body of Christ and share Jesus, particularly in rural areas. However, we have seen the Filling Station network expand abroad in recent years.
Outside of the UK, we now have 14 meetings taking place each month in a variety of nations from South Africa, to Norway, and even Ukraine, ranging from rural villages to capital cities and nations.
In the last year, we have seen about 60 give their lives to the Lord, and have approximately 3,500+ people attending a meeting somewhere each month.
Our experience is that the Christian Gospel is well received, life changing and something that in this age, an increasing number of people are hungry to hear.

PRAYER STATION.
October at the Railway Station Forecourt.
I was out last Saturday with my Flag, “Prayer Station”, a desk table and trolley, A frame saying “ Jesus can do more that you think. “. I had 17 conversations ranging from can I pass you a scripture card ? to Advise and Prayer for a young man who says he want to marry But unsure If she is the right person. My highlight was a an older man who had walking sticks, and had trouble in placing his ankle on the ground. I explained this is a prayer station, would he accept a prayer for his feet? I Prayed in the powerful name of Jesus that he would be healed, ankle be strong. He walked away no comment, but I noticed from the back his ankle did touch the ground.
July 2025
I was approached by a young guy who asked me to pray for him. He said his father had died and looking at him I could see that He was still recovering from the news. So I prayed for Him that God would give him comfort as he grieves his fathers death. We got talking about him. I said you need to share this with your friends. He said my friends wont understand. I felt really sorry for him.
June 2025
On Saturday once a month I am setting up a Prayer Station.
People have concerns that they would like to voice which can be written as prayers and stuck as post it note on a white board. Children in conflict. Pray for my new job, Ukraine, Bless the wedding today. Cost of living.
I also have a table where Christian Books can be brought and exchanged free of charge as well as bible help.
May 2025.
Meet a guy who wanted prayers for his wife who had mental problems. He was deeply concerned. He also mentioned he had knee problems stiffness and start of arthritis. I prayed for Him and Her. I saw him as he was returning I could see He was still walking with a limp so I said to Him ” Have faith in Jesus He loves You “. I explained that Jesus on the Cross took all our sin and sickness. Keep looking to Jesus and your knee will be restored to normal.
In April 2025
I had a guy which hung around me some distance away and went to him and talked about a famous picture ” The light of the World” which illustrates a the passage in Revelation 3v20, Here I am ! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door. I can come in and eat with him and he with me. The door which can block us from seeing, listening, and accepting Jesus into our lives.
The guy made a recommitment to Jesus Christ, as he saw himself a Christian but now realised that he needed to open the door to Him again.
There is a door in each of us which holds us back from Jesus Christ.

I meet a guy who came up to me and said ” Jeshua ” So I said ” Jesus ” and He smiled. Then I remembered Him as the person that approached me as I was Preaching on one Saturday. I believe something from my message had entered his heart, and now saw Jesus as His Savour and Lord, the one who had forgiven his many sins.
Why is it so hard for so many people to participate in this Life enhancing experience. So much so that they want to speak his name, Even in Aramaic the language that Jesus spoke

January 2025
I prayed for a young person who had a splint on his leg. I could see he had a break, so I asked him I am a Christian who prays for people. So can I pray for your leg. He said Yes, Lord renew bone to bone, take away soreness and pain in the name of Jesus. I pray for a reduced time of Healing. The lad thanked me.

My Work continues on the streets in the market area during the winter because i believe its important to be available and faithful but as you can imagine I only get a few requests for prayers.
HOUR OF HEALING PRAYER OCTOBER.
I had two memorable conversations this Month.
A lady came and said she admired me being in the market, but she had lost her faith. I said faith comes by listening to the word of God. I shared my simple gospel message and gave her a ” why Jesus ” booklet by Nicky Gumbel and a new testament. Pray she reads them and the Holy Spirit Speaks to her need.
I also prayed for a guy addicted to alcohol. He said he had faith in Christ but could not break the habit. I sensed He was lonely and needed some good fellowship in a church which I pointed Him too. I prayed against the Spirit that was holding Him, The Habit would break, as He resisted in Christ.
HOUR OF HEALING PRAYER SEPTEMBER
I prayed on the streets for 3 people.
First a retired Lady, we had a long talk and she said she had diabetes, So I gave her a prayer cloth so she can hold it for the Lords blessing.
Second I prayed for a guy who had a sudden fall due to weakness and unable to walk. He was taken to DRI and is still consulting with the doctors to what happened. I prayed for Him.
Third prayed for a lady Lady who lives in a flat and is getting aggravation from a neighbour. I spoke words of comfort to her.
HOUR OF HEALING PRAYER. AUGUST
This month so far I have approached from a young Lady who is a Christian but need extra prayers for an emotional problem and time to talk to a complete stranger.
I am holding a meeting again in the Woolmarket Sat 26th 11am on the long tables for anybody how wants to Know more about the Holy Spirit.
HOUR OF HEALING PRAYER. JULY
This last month July I have had two people who came to talk with me about Jesus. Fist Daniel to whom I presented the Gospel and give hin a new testament. Then Horis an older man who wanted to know more about what I was doing. I presented the gospel to Him. and He accepted the Good News Paper. and my phone number.
Then a guy who i will not name, came and actually sat on one of my two seats. He was a Christian but is having difficulties with a mental problem. and trying now to recover back to normal life.
I just want to be available for people who find life difficult.
HOUR OF HEALING PRAYER MAY
During my time on Saturday the 20th May in the Woolmarket we discussed together ” Can Jesus Christ heal today “.
Many people fail to believe that with the start of the church at Pentecost the Holy Spirit gave Spiritual gifts to his body the Church. Theses gifts included Healing, even though it is well documented in the bible. It was Jesus’s own ministry and He asked his disciples to heal the sick as well.
I believe the Holy Spirit works outside the building and wants to show people the relevance of Jesus Christ to normal everyday people. There is a power in the Name of Jesus which can work wonders in a persons life.
